Unlock SkyScrape – When your at the game’s title screen press Up (3 times), Down, Left, Right, Up, Start. Play as SkyScrape from Tapout in Exhibition mode, he’s rated 74 in the middleweight division.
Unlock Mask – You will need to do 3 straight submission or tapout wins while playing Career mode. Mask from Tapout will be unlocked in Exhibition mode, heavyweight division.
Unlock Punk Ass – You will need to get the “Tapout” to sponsor you in Career mode. Punk Ass from Tapout will be unlocked in Exhibition mode and he’s in the lightweight division.

In a post by MMA Junkie the 3 TapouT crew will be unlockables to complete the 85 fighter roster in UFC 2009: Undisputed. “Mask,” “Punkass” and “Skyscrape” will be unlockables but there are no details as to how they will be unlocked yet.

So there will be 80 fighters in the game plus the 2 downloadable fighter and now the 3 TapouT member brings the roster to a total of 85.
It’s here everybody! If you don’t already know, UFC 2009 Undisputed Demo has recently been released and ready for downloading on Xbox LIVE Marketplace and PlayStation Network. The demo has a bit of the Tutorial mode to get you into the game and to teach you a bit about how the controls work.
